General Ordering, Shipping, Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

TX5 Custom Gear LLC has a 15 day return policy on new/unused products from date of delivery.  Customers have 15 days to start a claim by emailing us at info@tx5customgear.com.  After the 15 day window it is at the company’s discretion to accept a return/exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning/exchanging products. It is the customers responsibility to notify TX5 Custom Gear LLC when returns/exchanges have been shipped and to provide us with tracking information. Returned/Exchanged items must be in new/unused condition or the customer may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. When shipping products back to TX5 Custom Gear LLC the customer is responsible for insuring their package.  If the return/exchange package is lost or damaged in transit back to TX5 Custom Gear LLC we will deduct the cost of the product from the refunded amount. Once you’ve made your claim, you’ll have 5 days to ship us back the product. TX5 Custom Gear makes most saddles and accessories to order.   We do not carry products on the shelves in large quantities so exchanges may not be available for immediate delivery, but we will do our best to get your gear to you in a timely manner.

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, defective or you’re missing items please contact us at info@tx5customgear.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues you have promptly. If you receive a damaged or defective product please attach photos of the product in your email. This will help us resolve the issue much more efficiently.

GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION

We offer customization on all of the hunting saddles we offer. The customer chooses colors/patterns of almost every piece of material that goes into their custom saddle. Please take your time choosing the size, colors, materials and patterns on your custom saddle build before submitting your order. If you have any questions on sizing, color combinations ect. please do not hesitate to contact us @ info@tx5customgear.com or TX5 Custom Gear on FaceBook or Instagram. If you want to make any changes to your order please try to contact us within 48 hours of placing your order so we can be sure to note the changes prior to starting your custom saddle build.

SHIPPING AND LEAD TIMES WARRANTY

 Each product has lead times posted in the description of the product. Most saddles have a 4-6 week lead time, but rest assured we are working hard to get your gear to you as quickly as we can without sacrificing the quality of our products. If you have any questions about our lead times please contact us and we’d be happy to answer any and all questions. We cannot combine orders. If you place an order for a saddle and then place a separate order for accessories they will ship separately unless you contact us and request that they be shipped together. If you have a saddle with a 4-6 week lead time and accessories with a 7-14 day lead time on the same order the accessories will be subject to the same lead time as the saddle. In other words all items will ship together unless you contact us and request the accessories to ship separately. Doing this could result in additional shipping fees.

WARRANTY

Here at TX5 Custom Gear LLC we take pride in producing high quality, USA made saddle hunting gear. If you find any manufacture defects on any of our products please contact us and we will either repair or replace the product. Our gear is used in the woods so we do our best to use the most durable materials we can find. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear. Rips, tears or snags of any kind are not covered under our warranty, but if you reach out to us we will happily repair them if possible at a reasonable cost. You should always store your saddle hunting gear indoors in a dry environment when not in use. Leaving your saddle gear outdoors for extended periods of time exposed to UV rays and other outdoor elements will cause deterioration of Nylon and Polyester materials. These deteriorations are not covered under our warranty. To start a Warranty claim email us at info@tx5customgear.com. KYSS PACK Lifetime Warranty

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on our KYSS pack. Limited Lifetime Warranty means that your KYSS pack will be free of manufacturer defects for the practical life span of the pack. This does not mean that the pack will last your lifetime. The lifetime of the KYSS pack will be determined by the care given to the pack as well as the type and amount of use the pack endures during its lifetime. All TX5 KYSS packs will eventually show signs of wear and tear. This eventual wear and tear will not be covered under the Limited lifetime warranty.

Warranties and Repairs:

These will be handled on a case by case basis depending on the extent of the
damage and how the damage was caused. All repairs not covered under the warranty will be done at the owners expense. When repairing the pack we will do our best to make it look like new but repairs could result in visible stitch lines and or patches.

Warranty Exclusions:
• Damage resulting in abrasions, cuts, slashes, burns ect.
▪ Damage from animals such as dogs, cats, rats, mice etc.
• Normal Wear and Tear
• Excessive loads resulting in damage
• Improper care or misuse of the pack
• Accidental rips, tears, burns and stains
• Fabric fading over time or due to use/UV exposure
▪ UV exposure in excess. Our packs are constructed of cordura nylon which is very durable, but over exposure to UV rays can cause fading or detoriation.
• Incorrect washing. Our packs should be washed with a mild scent free detergent and hung dry, never put your pack in a dryer.
• Bargain Cave packs. All bargain cave packs are sold as is and do not come with our Limited lifetime warranty.
